Orders & Availability
Orders are confirmed only after payment, deposit, or written confirmation.
- Prices are listed in CAD and may change without notice due to ingredient costs, packaging, delivery distance, setup needs, or event details.
- Menu items, toppings, packaging, and add-ons are subject to availability. When needed, we may offer a similar substitute.
- Custom orders and event bookings depend on our confirmed schedule and operating capacity.

Cancellations & Refunds
Refunds and credits depend on timing, preparation status, and costs already incurred.
- Regular orders should be cancelled before preparation begins. Once preparation has started, refunds may not be available.
- Event deposits may be non-refundable because time, ingredients, supplies, and booking capacity are reserved in advance.
- Changes to guest count, timing, location, or menu selections should be shared as early as possible and may affect final pricing.

Pickup, Delivery & Events
Timing is planned carefully, but delivery and event service may be affected by factors outside our control.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, addresses, contact details, event times, and delivery instructions.
- Pickup and delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, customer availability, or venue conditions.
- Event clients must confirm venue permission, safe setup space, power access where required, and a clean service area.

Food Safety & Allergies
Please disclose allergies or dietary needs before ordering.
- Our products may contain or come into contact with wheat/gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and other common allergens.
- We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
- After pickup, delivery, or service, customers are responsible for proper handling, storage, and timely consumption.

Privacy & Customer Data
We collect only the information needed to process orders, bookings, and inquiries.
- This may include your name, phone number, email, order details, delivery address, event information, and messages submitted through forms or social media.
- Customer information is not sold or shared for unrelated third-party marketing.
- By submitting an order, booking, or inquiry, you consent to Waffles & Pancakes YYC using your information for these service-related purposes.

Website, Media & Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the specific order or service involved.
- Website content, photos, branding, wording, and designs belong to Waffles & Pancakes YYC and may not be copied or reused without permission.
- Photos or videos of our food, packaging, cart, or event setup may be used for marketing. Identifiable customer or guest images will not be intentionally shared without consent.
- We may update these terms, menu items, pricing, service areas, or availability at any time.
